Gram panchayat	- Gram Sevak/ Gram Rojgar Sevak During Rojgar Diwas or on working days in the complaint register kept at the Gram panchayat or in a written letter to Gram Panchayat.
Block	- Block Development officer for MGNREGS works related to Gram Panchayat. - Tehsildar/ Program and Assistant Program officers: For work related to the Convergence of the MGNREGS with the line departments
District	- District Programme Coordinator (District Collector) – for all works of MGNREGS in the district. - Assistant District Programme Coordination (CEO-ZP)- for Panchayat-related MGNREGS works. - Ombudsmen: for all works of MGNREGS in the district.
