Mahatma Gandhi NREGA Madat Kendra

The Mahatma Gandhi NREGA Madat Kendra is an integrated facility provided to citizens of Maharashtra who can avail information of MGNREGS -Maharashtra and submit their grievance related implementation of MGNREGS through-

  • Toll-Free Telephone 1800-233-2005, on all working days during office hours, where citizen can get information of MGNREGS and submit their Grievance.
  • A 24 x 7 available Grievance redressal Web portal https://egssupport.maharashtra.gov.in/#/login/citizen to register grievance to lodge their grievances to the competent authorities on any subject related to Rules and Entitlement provided under Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Scheme – Maharashtra in the state. This is a single portal connected to all Programme officers and Assistant Programme officers in the State for resolution of grievances received by them.
  • A 24 x 7 working Grievance redressal android mobile application, available at Google Play store https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.egs.citizen to lodge their grievances to the competent authorities

The grievance is accepted from aggrieved Citizen and also on his behalf from his family member and close relatives on Mahatma Gandhi NREGA Madat Kendra.

This Grievance redressal portal/mobile application provides time bound resolution of every grievance by competent grievance resolution office and have escalation mechanism for unresolved grievance to higher authorities for timely intervention and resolution.

The status of the grievance filed in this portal/mobile can be tracked with the unique registration ID provided at the time of registration of the grievance. This portal/mobile also provides appeal facility to the citizens if they are not satisfied with the resolution by the competent grievance resolution office. After closure of grievance if the complainant is not satisfied with the resolution, he/she can appeal for re-opening of his grievance to next higher competent grievance resolution office in this portal. The status of the reopening request can also be tracked by the petitioner with the grievance registration number.
